DRH300A Guarded Hot Plate Thermal Conductivity Instrument Accepted in Busan, South Korea

On January 15, 2018, Hunan Zhenhua Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd. signed an export contract with POLMA Co., Ltd. of South Korea for one DRH300A flat-plate heat-flow thermal conductivity measurement instrument. After three weeks of manufacturing and commissioning, the system was shipped on February 6 from Changsha for direct export to the customer site in Busan, South Korea. The shipment included all required customs documentation, such as invoices and a certificate of origin. On March 12, the customer requested assistance installing the operating software. Our technician provided remote support to install the demonstration and testing software and addressed all usage-related questions. On March 18, the Busan customer emailed us with photos to confirm successful setup and to thank our team. They reported they were able to independently complete experimental operations with the DRH300A.
