On-site Installation of Dilatometers and Softening Point Instruments at a Jinan Laboratory

On the morning of May 17, 2019, our technical team arrived at the Qilu University of Technology laboratory in Jinan to complete on-site installation, commissioning, and training for a batch of 14 re-purchased instruments from April. The delivery included four DPK-1000N digital flexural strength testers, two RH-I digital glass softening point testers, six PCY-III dilatometers, and two KS-B plasticity testers. Combined with six similar instruments purchased in October 2017, the lab now operates roughly twenty units of our equipment. Photos from the site show the lab comprehensively outfitted with these instruments. Thanks to the straightforward user interface and operating procedures, faculty and students quickly learned to run the systems and independently complete experiments. The training progressed smoothly, and we appreciate the diligent work of our technicians as well as the university’s continued confidence in our products.
