To ensure a joyful, orderly, and safe break, the 2019 Dragon Boat Festival holiday will last for three days. June 7 (Friday, the festival day) is a statutory holiday. June 8 (Saturday) and June 9 (Sunday) are regular rest days. Work will resume on Monday, June 10. Please note the following requirements: 1) Safety inspection: Before the holiday, each department must conduct a comprehensive safety check to eliminate potential hazards. Lock doors and windows when rooms are unattended; switch off power to unused equipment; assign on-duty personnel for continuously operating equipment to ensure safe use; properly secure valuable items and guard against fire and theft. 2) On-duty briefing: Hold a safety briefing for on-duty staff, emphasizing compliance with company policies and raising safety awareness. 3) Inventory control: Strengthen warehouse management before the holiday and strictly enforce inbound/outbound procedures. 4) Vehicle management: Holiday vehicle use requires strict approval. Drivers must obey traffic rules and drive safely. Drunk driving, fatigued driving, speeding, or overloading are strictly prohibited. 5) Communications and travel: All employees must keep mobile phones on during the holiday; those traveling out of town should enable roaming to maintain contact. Employees visiting family should prioritize travel safety, purchase return tickets in advance, and avoid delays in returning to work after the holiday. 6) General safety: Please remain vigilant and prioritize personal and workplace safety throughout the holiday period.
