Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday Schedule and Safety Notice

As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, we extend our greetings to all employees. To ensure a joyful, harmonious, and safe holiday, the 2019 Mid-Autumn Festival holiday will last for three days. September 13 (Friday, the 15th day of the lunar month) is a statutory public holiday. September 14 (Saturday) and September 15 (Sunday) are regular rest days. Work will resume on Monday, September 16. Please note the following: 1) Conduct a pre-holiday safety inspection in each department. Perform a comprehensive self-check to eliminate potential hazards. This includes locking rooms and windows when unoccupied, cutting power to unused equipment, assigning on-duty personnel for continuously operating equipment to ensure safe use, and safeguarding important items to prevent fire and theft. 2) Hold a safety briefing for on-duty staff. Reinforce adherence to company policies and improve safety awareness. 3) Strengthen warehouse inventory control before the holiday and strictly enforce inbound and outbound management procedures. 4) Manage vehicle use with strict approval during the holiday. Drivers must comply with traffic regulations and drive safely. Drunk driving, fatigued driving, speeding, and overloading are strictly prohibited. 5) All employees must keep their mobile phones on during the holiday. If traveling out of town, enable roaming to maintain contact. Employees returning home should plan travel carefully, purchase return tickets in advance, and avoid delays in resuming work due to ticket shortages. 6) Stay vigilant and prioritize safety throughout the Mid-Autumn Festival period.
