National Day Holiday Notice

As the National Day holiday approaches, we extend our festive greetings to all employees and wish everyone a joyful, harmonious, and safe celebration. In accordance with the 2019 public holiday schedule issued by the General Office of the State Council, the National Day holiday is arranged as follows: October 1–7 will be a holiday with adjusted workdays, totaling 7 days off. Work will be scheduled on September 28 (Sunday) and October 11 (Saturday). Please observe the following requirements: 1) Conduct a comprehensive pre-holiday safety inspection within each department. Eliminate safety hazards by locking unattended rooms and windows, disconnecting power to unused equipment, assigning dedicated personnel for continuous-use equipment to ensure safe operation, and properly safeguarding important items with attention to fire and theft prevention. 2) Provide a safety briefing for on-duty personnel. Reinforce compliance with company policies and enhance overall safety awareness. 3) Strengthen pre-holiday warehouse management. Strictly enforce inbound and outbound inventory controls. 4) Ensure robust vehicle safety management with strict approval procedures for holiday vehicle use. Drivers must follow traffic regulations and drive safely. Driving under the influence, fatigued driving, and speeding or overloading are strictly prohibited. 5) All employees must keep their mobile phones switched on during the holiday. If traveling out of town, enable roaming to maintain communication. Those returning home should plan travel carefully, purchase return tickets in advance, and avoid delays in resuming work after the holiday due to ticket shortages. 6) Maintain safety awareness throughout the holiday period.
