In accordance with the General Office of the State Council’s 2020 holiday schedule, the Labor Day break is arranged as follows: May 1 to May 5 will be a holiday with adjusted workdays, totaling 5 days off. Work will be scheduled on April 26 (Sunday) and May 9 (Saturday). Please note the following requirements: 1) Conduct a comprehensive pre-holiday safety inspection in each department to eliminate potential hazards. Ensure unoccupied rooms are locked, power is cut off for unused equipment, and designate on-duty personnel for continuously operated equipment to ensure safe use. Safeguard important items and strengthen fire and theft prevention. 2) Hold a safety briefing for on-duty personnel to reinforce compliance with company policies and raise safety awareness. 3) Strengthen warehouse management before the holiday and strictly enforce inbound and outbound inventory control procedures. 4) Enhance vehicle safety management. Holiday vehicle use must be strictly approved. Drivers must obey traffic regulations and drive safely. Drunk driving, fatigued driving, speeding, and overloading are strictly prohibited. 5) All employees must keep their mobile phones powered on during the holiday. If traveling out of town, enable roaming to maintain contact. Bring necessary epidemic-prevention supplies when traveling and avoid interprovincial trips where possible. 6) Stay vigilant and prioritize personal safety throughout the holiday period.
