Commissioning and Training Completed in Changzhou for Sanitary Ceramic and Floor Drain Test Systems (May 2020)

In early 2020, the Changzhou Institute of Building Science Testing Center commissioned our factory to design and build a suite of sanitary ceramic and floor drain testing equipment. The equipment was delivered on May 12, 2020, and our technical team completed on-site installation, commissioning, and user training in Changzhou on May 15, 2020. The delivered solution comprises 12 dedicated test rigs covering: pressure resistance testing, drainage flow rate testing, self-cleaning capability, constant-temperature and constant-flow testing, thermal cycling resistance (hot–cold), water-seal stability, durability (life) testing, leak-tightness testing, and open/close (switch) testing. These systems are purpose-built to support compliance and performance evaluation for sanitary ware, radiator angle valves, multi-channel floor drains, and sanitary hoses. This project was executed by Hunan Zhenhua Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd., ensuring reliable test capability from delivery through commissioning and operator training.
