Dragon Boat Festival Holiday Notice and Safety Guidelines

As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches, we extend our holiday greetings to all employees. To ensure a joyful, harmonious, and safe holiday, the 2021 Dragon Boat Festival break is scheduled as follows: June 12–14 (three days). Work resumes on Tuesday, June 15.

Please note the following requirements:

1) Pre-holiday safety inspection: Each department must conduct a comprehensive safety check to eliminate potential hazards. Ensure unattended rooms are locked and windows secured; disconnect power to unused equipment; assign on-duty personnel for continuously running equipment to guarantee safe operation; safeguard important items and prevent fire and theft.

2) Safety briefing for on-duty staff: Hold a meeting to reinforce compliance with company policies and improve safety awareness among those on duty.

3) Warehouse control: Strengthen management of warehouse inventory before the holiday and strictly enforce inbound and outbound procedures.

4) Vehicle safety management: Holiday vehicle use requires strict approval. Drivers must follow traffic regulations and drive safely. Driving under the influence, fatigued driving, speeding, and overloading are strictly prohibited.

5) Communications: All employees must keep their mobile phones powered on during the holiday. If traveling out of town, enable roaming to maintain contact.

6) Personal safety: Please remain vigilant and prioritize safety throughout the holiday.
