As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches, we extend our holiday greetings to all employees. To ensure a joyful, orderly, and safe break, the 2022 holiday schedule is as follows: June 3 to June 5 will be observed as a three-day holiday. Work will resume on Monday, June 6. Please note the following requirements: 1) Pre-holiday safety inspection: Each department must organize a comprehensive safety check to eliminate potential risks. This includes locking doors and windows when rooms are unoccupied, cutting power to unused equipment, assigning dedicated personnel for equipment that must run continuously, and safeguarding important items with attention to fire and theft prevention. 2) Duty personnel safety briefing: Hold a meeting for on-duty staff to reinforce compliance with company policies and raise safety awareness. 3) Warehouse management: Strengthen control of warehouse items before the holiday and strictly enforce inbound and outbound management rules. 4) Vehicle safety management: Holiday vehicle use must be strictly approved. Drivers must obey traffic regulations and prioritize driving safety. Drunk driving, fatigued driving, speeding, and overloading are strictly prohibited. 5) Communication readiness: All employees must keep their mobile phones powered on during the holiday. If traveling out of town, enable roaming to ensure reliable contact. 6) General safety: Please remain vigilant about personal and workplace safety throughout the holiday.
