2024 Dragon Boat Festival Holiday Notice

As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches, we extend our holiday greetings to all employees. To ensure a joyful, orderly, and safe break, the company will observe a one-day holiday on June 10, 2024 (Dragon Boat Festival). Work will resume on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

Please note the following requirements:

1) Pre-holiday safety checks: Each department must conduct a comprehensive safety inspection to eliminate hazards. Ensure unoccupied rooms are locked and windows secured; disconnect power to any unused equipment; assign on-duty personnel for any continuously operating equipment to guarantee safe use; properly safeguard important items and maintain fire and theft prevention measures.

2) Duty team briefing: Hold a safety education meeting for on-duty personnel. Reinforce adherence to company policies and raise overall safety awareness.

3) Warehouse control: Strengthen management of warehouse items before the holiday and strictly enforce inbound and outbound inventory procedures.

4) Vehicle management: Tighten approval for holiday vehicle use. Drivers must obey traffic regulations and prioritize road safety. Driving under the influence, fatigued driving, speeding, or overloading is strictly prohibited.

5) Communication readiness: All employees must keep their mobile phones powered on during the holiday. If traveling out of town, enable roaming to maintain contact.

6) Personal safety: Please remain vigilant about personal and family safety throughout the holiday.
