On November 27, 2016, Hunan Zhenhua Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd. signed a procurement contract with CRRC Qishuyan Institute of Locomotive and Rolling Stock Technology for a GYH-A high-temperature anti-oxidation test furnace. After completing manufacturing and factory commissioning, the equipment was delivered to Changzhou, Jiangsu, on January 20, 2017. Technical specialists then completed on-site installation, commissioning, operator training, and initial acceptance. Per the contract, a second acceptance was scheduled six months after delivery, contingent on stable equipment operation. This milestone was reached in August, fulfilling the final acceptance requirements. The customer agreed to settle the remaining balance in early September. Hunan Zhenhua Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd. focuses on research, production, and sales of new materials testing technologies and instruments. The company maintains comprehensive testing capabilities and strong technical expertise. The GYH-A high-temperature anti-oxidation test furnace is designed in accordance with national standard GB/T 13244, “Test Method for Oxidation Resistance of Carbon-Containing Refractory Materials.” The control system provides reliable performance and supports automatic recording of test results. Oxidation resistance refers to the ability of metallic materials to withstand corrosive oxidative atmospheres at elevated temperatures. High-temperature components in thermal equipment—such as boiler superheaters, water-cooled wall tubes, and turbine casings and blades—are susceptible to oxidation corrosion. For materials used in components like superheater tubes, a commonly used control indicator for oxidation-corrosion rate is 0.1 mm/a.
