Product Description
The DRX-II-300A Intelligent Dual-Plate Thermal Conductivity Tester is designed to measure the thermal conductivity of various solid materials such as insulation materials, glass, fibers, and foams. It can test a wide range of materials including fiberboards, loose glass fibers, ceramic fibers, foam plastics like XPS/EPS/PUR, composite boards, vacuum panels, rubber products, cement products, and powders.
This instrument complies with national standard GB/T 10294-2008, ASTM C 518, and ISO 8302, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements. It features significant upgrades from the previous DRX-I-PC model, including enhanced temperature control, automatic alignment of test samples, and multiple cooling options. The tester is suitable for use at materials testing agencies, scientific research institutions, and university labs.
Key features include configuration options for online thickness measurement, real-time detection of sample pressure, high-precision temperature compensation, and self-calibration for thermal conductivity and power input. The device supports a fully automated thermal analysis software system with results output. Maximum sample thickness is up to 200mm, with high sensitivity and precision in measurements.
The tester operates under ambient conditions of 18 to 25°C and humidity of 20 to 80% RH. It accommodates a standard sample thickness of 25±1 mm with a maximum thickness of 200 mm supported for enhanced tests. The temperature control precision is within ±0.1°C, and various cooling methods are selectable to match user requirements.
