Product Description
The instrument employs a longitudinal heat-flow technique to deliver fast and precise measurement of thermal properties across a broad range of material forms, including bulk solids, powders, thin films, coatings, liquids with a dedicated fixture, and anisotropic materials. It supports standardized testing workflows aligned with GB 5598-85, GB 11205-89, MIL-I-49456A, and ASTM D5470-06 for applications such as insulating sheets, thermally conductive resins, and glass fiber composites.
An integrated software platform automates test execution, parameter analysis, and report generation, while interchangeable connectors and fixtures enable testing under different environments. The system accommodates solid samples with diameters from 15 to 50 mm and thicknesses from 1 to 50 mm, supporting routine R&D and quality control measurements from ambient to elevated temperatures.
