Product Description
The Carbon Materials Thermal Conductivity Tester evaluates heat transfer performance of carbon and graphite materials by establishing a controlled temperature gradient across a specimen and measuring the resulting heat flow. The system integrates a heated plate, a cooled plate with precise temperature control, a sample preheater, and sensors to determine the temperature difference between hot and cold faces.
An electronic thermostatic unit automatically manages heating and cooling to maintain stable boundary conditions, while optional automatic or manual preloading ensures consistent contact pressure at the specimen interfaces. Typical test cycles range from several minutes to ensure throughput in laboratory and production environments.
