The High-Temperature Specific Heat Tester operates using the mixing method, facilitated by modern computer technology, to automatically assess the specific heat capacity of solid materials across various temperatures. It is extensively utilized in academic research and educational settings to explore solid materials' specific heat capacity. The system comprises a tubular vertical resistance furnace, thermostat, temperature controller, high-precision thermometer, calorimeter, and a computer testing system. During testing, the sample is heated to the desired temperature in the tubular furnace, then transferred into the calorimeter, with temperature data collected throughout the process by the computer system.
For samples prone to oxidation at high temperatures, a vacuum system is available. The testing instrument supports integration with both standalone touchscreen interfaces and computer systems running Windows XP, leveraging proprietary software for automated testing. The High-Temperature Specific Heat Tester conforms to standards like GJB330A-2000 and GJB1715-93.
