The SQW-II-14 measures comprehensive thermo-mechanical properties of inorganic non-metallic materials and molding mixtures from ambient to 1400°C. It supports tests such as thermal expansion, high-temperature compressive strength, thermal expansion force, creep/deformation under load, residual strength, and room-temperature compressive strength.

Product Description

The SQW-II-14 High-Temperature Material Property Tester is designed for research institutes, universities, and industrial laboratories to evaluate the thermo-mechanical behavior of inorganic non-metallic materials and foundry molding mixtures. It simulates conditions up to 1400°C to assess dimensional change, strength, and deformation under controlled loading and temperature profiles.

A silicon carbide tube furnace provides uniform heating with user-defined, constant-rate temperature programs across two programmable segments. The system enables manual loading control to study load-dependent deformation and strength, while integrated displacement and force measurement deliver high-precision results for development, quality control, and process optimization.
