Product Description

The SJY-II-14/17 Image Sintering Point Tester is designed to measure the sintering temperature, refractoriness, and surface contact angles of various materials such as original sand, mixtures, refractory materials, and ceramic raw materials. Through a high-temperature transmission projection system, it allows users to clearly observe the volume shrinkage, expansion purification, and interfacial contact angle of samples under high temperatures on a screen. The system provides critical temperatures at which these phenomena occur, making it invaluable for production material selection, and offering a robust testing method for research and teaching applications in industries including casting, ceramics, and glass.

Equipped with a CCD camera and comprehensive image processing software, the instrument allows for clear imaging of testing samples, visualizing phenomena like shrinkage and expansion with quantitative data. The tester operates up to a maximum temperature of either 1400°C or 1700°C, with a customizable heating rate of 0-10°C/min. It features intelligent PID control for precision, set within 32 or more programmable heating stages, and offers expanded functionalities such as image storage, printing, contact angle analysis, and historical data retrieval. The device also supports custom sample sizes and is compatible with standard computer interfaces for automated test control.
