High Temperature Contact Angle Analyzer

The GFT High Temperature Contact Angle Analyzer is designed for measuring the surface wetting phenomena and contact angle of metal surfaces in high-temperature environments. It monitors the entire process of sintering, softening, melting, and liquefaction of various metals and inorganic compounds during heating. The device supports real-time storage of sample images and related data such as temperature and height, providing reference data for surface tension and wetting angle calculations.

The analyzer features high measurement accuracy and repeatability, making it suitable for research institutions conducting high-temperature material property tests. It is user-friendly with a high degree of automation, making it particularly useful for routine production testing in industries such as metallurgy, chemical processing, power generation, and coal production.
