PCY-III-X is a horizontal dilatometer for measuring the thermal expansion and shrinkage of ceramics, refractories, glass, metals, and other solid materials. It supports automated testing with computer control and is suitable for industrial QA/QC and research applications.

Product Description

The PCY-III-X horizontal thermal expansion coefficient tester measures dimensional change of solid samples under controlled temperature programs, enabling precise characterization of softening behavior, glass transition, phase transitions, density change, and sintering kinetics. It is designed for ceramics, refractories, investment casting shells and cores, glass, building materials, metals, and alloys.

The instrument integrates computer control and embedded intelligent instrumentation to manage displacement and temperature measurement, PID control, and test sequencing. It supports online automated operation or offline manual testing, data storage and printing, and configurable atmospheres including vacuum, inert, and reactive gases, providing a robust platform for laboratory and production testing. CE certified.
