Product Description
The instrument uses computer technology and an intelligent meter to monitor and control displacement and temperature throughout the testing process. It can operate offline or online, with the latter facilitating automatic testing in a Windows environment. The user-friendly interface supports comprehensive operation, including manual testing when offline. It primarily measures the linear thermal expansion coefficient of pharmaceutical glass ampoules, conforming to the YBB00202003-2015 standard.
Additional applications include measuring the expansion and shrinkage of aluminum alloys, non-metal composite materials, and various plastics and rubbers in molten states. It features a vertical design with optional single or dual pushrod configurations, enhancing ease of sample placement. The tester is compatible with a wide array of sample types, including rods, pipes, and flat components, providing automatic calculations of linear expansion coefficients and generating expansion rate curves.
