Product Description
The Thermal Expansion and Phase Transition Analyzer employs a dilatometric method to quantify linear expansion, determine critical transformation temperatures, and analyze phase changes across a wide range of solid materials such as corundum, refractories, investment casting shells, and cores. It supports both heating and controlled cooling processes, enabling comprehensive characterization including continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curve acquisition and analysis.
The system provides configurable heating rates and multiple cooling strategies to match diverse test protocols, with digital indication of expansion and high-resolution displacement measurement. Optional vacuum and controlled-atmosphere capabilities extend applicability to oxidation-sensitive materials, while automated analysis software streamlines data processing and reporting.
