The High Temperature Flexural Testing Machine is primarily used for determining the flexural strength of materials at both high and ambient temperatures. It features variable frequency speed control, automatic constant stress loading, a high-precision load pressure sensor, and operates via an industrial control computer with a Windows platform. Self-developed software enables automated temperature rise, insulation, sample delivery, loading, data processing, report printing, paperless recording, and database management.
The machine employs a carbon bed embedding protection technology for carbon-containing materials, allowing for controlled atmosphere tests with gases such as nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, helium, CO, ammonia, steam, among others. The equipment is suitable for tests under oxidation, reduction, and controlled atmospheres to evaluate mechanical properties.
Product selection involves considering test temperature, maximum load, test atmosphere, and loading methods.
