Product Description
The GKZ-II-16 evaluates flexural strength (modulus of rupture) of ceramics, refractories, graphite, and other materials under both room and high-temperature conditions. The system integrates variable-frequency stepless speed control and constant-stress automatic loading to ensure stable, repeatable measurements across a wide operating range.
An industrial control platform with proprietary software automates heating, soaking, sample delivery, loading, data processing, report generation, paperless recording, and database management. For carbon-containing materials, a sagger carbon-burial protection method is available, and the instrument supports controlled-atmosphere testing to assess mechanical performance under oxidizing, reducing, or inert environments with gases such as N2, H2, Ar, He, CO, NH3, and water vapor.
The drive employs a ballscrew loading mechanism with servo motor speed regulation, and the mechanical frame and electrical controls are modularized in a split design. Typical configuration includes the test host (with temperature, force, and displacement measurement and loading modules), a desktop computer, and the automated analysis software.
