Product Description
The Load Softening Temperature Tester is designed to evaluate high-temperature load softening characteristics of ceramics, graphite, and refractory materials. It determines the softening temperature range where the material shows evident plastic deformation when subjected to heat and load simultaneously. Constructed following YB/T 370 standards and compatible with GB/T 5989 and ISO 1893:1989, this equipment supports various testing structures to accommodate different materials.
This tester can heat up to a temperature of 1650°C or 1750°C and operates precisely within a range of ±2°C. The temperature can be manually or programmatically controlled, enabling up to 30-stage programmable heating. The deformation measurement covers a range from 0 to 10 mm with an accuracy of 0.03 mm.
Samples can perform under load pressures of 0.1 to 0.2 MPa, with customizable pressure application through options like direct pressure with digital display. The entire process can integrate with computers for automated control and report printing, offering user-friendly operations with a Chinese interface.
