The GKF-V10 Silicate Chemical Composition Rapid Analyzer provides fast and reliable chemical analysis tailored for various industries, including ceramics and building materials. It determines the chemical compositions of materials such as feldspar, clay, kaolin, limestone, dolomite, and bauxite. The device improves work efficiency and laboratory testing conditions, offering custom analysis solutions for enterprises with unique requirements.

This analyzer measures a variety of key constituents in ceramic materials, such as SiO2, K2O, Al2O3, Na2O, Fe2O3, CaO, TiO2, and MgO, and also has capabilities in other materials, including quartz and zircon stone elements.

The instrument meets or exceeds national standards for accuracy, providing measurements completed in 2 to 5 hours for standard analysis. It is equipped for simultaneous analysis of up to 20 samples, and includes a data processing system, flame photometer, and an ultrasonic cleaner.
