The High-Temperature Tensile and Compressive Strength Tester is designed based on the GB/T15231.4-94 tensile test methods to evaluate the tensile properties of materials at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for testing materials such as metals, reinforced cement, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, and composites in high-temperature conditions.
Product Description
The High-Temperature Tensile and Compressive Strength Tester conforms to GB/T15231.4-94 tensile test methods, enabling accurate tensile property evaluation under high temperatures. It is engineered for a diverse array of materials including metallic samples, glass fiber-reinforced cement, ceramic specimens, refractory materials, plastics, and various composite materials.
Designed for precise measurement, it offers selectable test forces ranging from 5KN to 300KN, and can operate at temperatures of 1000°C, 1400°C, or 1700°C. An LED display provides data visualization, with an accuracy of 0.02% and system precision from 0.1% to 0.3% FS. Instrumentation precision is finely tuned with RS232 or USB interfaces for computer connectivity and optional testing software to meet user requirements.
