Product Description
The Vacuum Box Atmosphere Furnace is constructed using high-quality steel with an electrostatic spray finish for an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The furnace chamber is made of corundum-molybdenum wire board with molybdenum wire as the heating element. Lightweight insulating bricks and high-quality aluminum silicate refractory fiber cotton are used for insulation. The system features a flow meter, pressure relief valve, and shut-off valve, with a hermetically sealed furnace shell, silicon rubber door seal, and water cooling.
The temperature control system uses a PID-adjustable smart instrument allowing for programmable segments, ensuring precise baking processes with protection against overcurrent, limit current, and overheating. Safety is enhanced with an automatic power-off feature when the door is opened, ensuring user safety. The equipment is characterized by rapid temperature rise, good insulation properties, uniform furnace temperature, and efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly operation.
