The SXZ Vacuum Box Atmosphere Furnace provides controlled-atmosphere heat treatment up to 1700 ℃ for laboratory research and small-batch production. It is suitable for powder metallurgy, metallization, phosphors, battery materials, electronic ceramics, and chemical raw material studies under nitrogen, argon, or air.

Product Description

The SXZ Vacuum Box Atmosphere Furnace is designed for precise thermal processing under inert or air atmospheres with options for vacuum operation. Its chamber uses high-quality alumina-molybdenum panels with molybdenum heating elements, lightweight insulation bricks, and aluminum silicate fiber to achieve fast ramp rates, uniform temperature, and efficient heat retention.

The gas system integrates a flowmeter, pressure-reducing valve, and shut-off valve, with an overall sealed shell and silicone rubber door seal with water cooling to maintain atmosphere integrity. A PID programmable controller supports multi-segment temperature profiles with protections for overcurrent, current limiting, and overtemperature; a door-interlock cuts power when opened for operator safety.

For configurations targeting 1600 ℃ operation, a domestic high-purity fiber chamber is used; for 1700 ℃ operation, an imported fiber chamber is applied. The double-wall guided-air shell and integrated electromechanical design enhance thermal stability and service life of heating elements through soft start and constant-current control.
