Glass Annealing Temperature Test Apparatus

Published: 8/2/2016

Apparatus for determining the annealing temperature of glass using a programmable tube furnace and controlled isothermal zone. Suitable for research and teaching applications requiring precise thermal control and stress evaluation by polarized light methods.

Product Description

The SJY-I-10/14 Glass Annealing Temperature Test Apparatus is designed to measure the annealing temperature of glass specimens in a stable, uniform thermal environment. A high-temperature resistance-heated tube furnace with an alumina tube provides a defined constant-temperature zone, while the controller executes user-defined heating and cooling profiles for accurate characterization.

The system supports polarized light experiments for stress observation in glass during and after thermal treatment, enabling educational demonstrations and research workflows. Its PID-controlled, thyristor-regulated power stage maintains tight temperature uniformity within the working zone for repeatable, standards-aligned measurements.
