Product Description
The SYD system is designed for laboratory determination of flexural strength of concrete specimens and compressive strength of cement, mortar, red brick, and other non-metallic construction materials. It uses hydraulic loading with electronic force measurement to deliver stable, accurate, and repeatable results while meeting GB/T 3722 requirements.
The machine integrates high-precision sensors and a digital display. A rotating lead screw adjusts the compression space to speed up test setup, and optional flexural fixtures enable bending tests. The unit is delivered ready to operate—once filled with oil and connected to power—and supports straightforward user calibration per the operating manual. A computer system can be added for data storage, review, and printing. The standard system configuration includes the main frame, hydraulic power/control cabinet, digital display module, and an oil pressure sensor.
