Product Description
The XPD-06D measures the linear thermal expansion coefficient of concrete and asphalt materials by monitoring specimen length change under controlled temperature conditions. A thermostatic water bath with integrated stirring ensures uniform temperature across the specimen while a differential resistance strain gauge captures displacement over a 250 mm gauge length.
The system is configured for single-specimen testing with a robust specimen frame and mold to accommodate standard cylindrical samples. Readout is provided via a digital bridge for strain measurement and a precision long-stem thermometer for bath temperature monitoring, meeting the requirements of hydraulic concrete and asphalt concrete test procedures (DL/T 5150-2001, SL 356-2006, DL/T 536-2006).
