Product Description
The Concrete Linear Expansion Coefficient Tester, model XPD-06D, complies with standards DL/T5150-2001, SL 3562-2006, and DL-T536-2006. It is designed to measure the linear expansion coefficient of concrete and is suitable for materials such as asphalt. The tester can be used with indoor molded samples as well as field-extracted core samples, making it versatile for various testing environments.
This instrument features an automatic constant temperature water tank with stirring capabilities, capable of testing one specimen at a time. The water level in the tank covers the specimen by approximately 50mm, and the temperature is maintained within an accuracy of ±0.5°C, with temperature reduction managed by a cooling unit. Displacement measurements are performed with a differential resistance strain gauge with a 250mm gauge length. It also includes a digital bridge for resistance strain measurements and a long rod thermometer covering a range from 0 to 100°C with a 0.1°C precision display.
