Product Description

The JRWS-06A-50L Automatic Concrete Adiabatic Temperature Rise Tester determines the adiabatic temperature rise curve of concrete specimens, supporting quality control and thermal cracking risk assessment in mass concrete projects. The system integrates a stainless-steel adiabatic bucket, controlled water bath environment, PID temperature regulation, and computer-based data acquisition and reporting.

The instrument is designed to comply with GB/T 50080-2016 (Standard test method for performance of ordinary concrete mixtures), DL/T 5150-2001 and SL 3562-2006 (hydraulic concrete test regulations), and DL-T 536-2006 (hydraulic asphalt concrete test regulations). It is suitable for research institutes, construction laboratories, and hydropower engineering units that require accurate, stable, and automated thermal characterization of concrete materials.
