Product Description

DTM-II-H measures the resonant frequency of specimens via impact excitation and an accelerometer, then applies Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to identify vibration modes and calculate dynamic elastic modulus and damping (internal friction). The system can connect to a computer for automated data acquisition, spectrum display, and result analysis with automatic identification of the maximum amplitude without manual frequency scanning.

The instrument supports multiple material categories under the DTM-II series (H—concrete, J—metal, S—plastics, T—carbon), making it suitable for concrete, carbon, stone slabs, glass, bricks, plastics, and metals across civil engineering, bridges, hydropower, metallurgy, and light industry. Resonance-based testing enables repeat measurements on the same specimen over long periods, reducing specimen count and improving repeatability compared with destructive methods.
