The DRX-I-300C measures thermal properties of disturbed clay, sand, and other powdery solids at ambient temperature. It supports automated data acquisition, analysis, storage, and report generation for applications in building engineering and geotechnical research.

Product Description

The DRX-I-300C is designed to characterize thermal transport behavior of soils and granular or powder materials under room-temperature conditions. Typical use cases include evaluating thermal conductivity and related parameters for construction materials and geotechnical studies.

The system references the GB/T 50123-1999 geotechnical testing standard and extends it with methods for specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity measurement. A computer-based acquisition and control platform automates testing and analysis while providing data logging and report outputs.

The test setup integrates a constant-temperature system, precision temperature measurement, sample boxes, and a software-driven data acquisition unit. When paired with optional refrigerated equipment (on other variants), the methodology can be extended to frozen soil analysis; the DRX-I-300C itself is the ambient-temperature configuration.
