Rubber Thermal Conductivity Tester
Published: 9/16/2020
The Rubber Thermal Conductivity Tester measures the thermal conductivity of both vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber at room temperature using the transient hot-wire method. It is primarily used in industries requiring precise thermal conductivity measurement of rubber materials.
Product Description
The Rubber Thermal Conductivity Tester is designed for measuring the thermal conductivity of rubber materials, both vulcanized and unvulcanized, at room temperature. It specifically uses the transient hot-wire method, which is a reliable technique for determining thermal properties. However, it is not suitable for measuring the thermal conductivity of water-absorbing rubbers or rubbers containing metal powders.
This instrument follows the standard GB 11205-89, ensuring that measurements adhere to recognized guidelines. The tester comes with a digital temperature measurement feature that offers precision better than level 0.2. The device automatically conducts tests through computerization, allowing for user-friendly operation and accurate results with an accuracy rate of ±3%.
