Rubber Thermal Conductivity Tester
Published: 9/16/2020
Instrument for measuring the thermal conductivity of vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber at ambient temperature using the transient hot-wire method. Not suitable for water-absorbing rubbers or rubbers containing metal powders and aligned with GB 11205-89.
Product Description
The Rubber Thermal Conductivity Tester determines the thermal conductivity of rubber materials at room temperature using the transient hot-wire method, providing automated measurement and digital temperature acquisition. It supports both vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber while excluding water-absorbing formulations and those containing metallic powders due to method limitations.
The system offers computer-controlled operation for fully automatic testing and adjustable heating power to stabilize test conditions. Sample size requirements are defined to ensure measurement repeatability, and temperature range or protective atmosphere configurations can be customized to user needs in accordance with GB 11205-89.
