Product Description

The DRX-I-EX Building Component Heat Transfer Analyzer employs the calibrated hot box method to assess the thermal transfer properties of specimens. It adheres to standard GB13475-1992 and utilizes the principle of one-dimensional steady-state heat transfer. By establishing required temperature, wind speed, and radiation conditions inside the cold and hot boxes on either side of the specimen, the instrument allows measurement of air and surface temperatures, as well as the power input to the metering box. These readings enable the calculation of the specimen's thermal transfer performance. The analyzer evaluates thermal resistance and thermal conductivity of building components by forming a mathematical model under one-dimensional steady-state conditions. The instrument features controlled heating and cooling powers, customizable protective and metering boxes, computer-controlled testing with complete process analysis, and uses imported digital sensors to ensure high accuracy and stability.

The DRX-I-EX supports specimens of sizes up to 300x300x100 mm or 1200x1200x400 mm. It offers a measurement accuracy of 1% with a resolution of 0.01 degrees and overall precision and repeatability within ±5%.
