Product Description

The Thermal Conductivity Tester employs the heat box method to examine the heat transfer coefficient of building components. The heat box simulates indoor conditions on the internal side of the test area, while the external side is exposed to natural outdoor conditions. The system maintains the heat box at a temperature at least 8K above the outdoor environment, allowing heat to flow from inside to outside until equilibrium is reached. The power used by the heat box becomes the heat transfer amount, and through real-time recording, the thermal conductivity is calculated.

The unit is constructed with polystyrene core sandwich panels for lightweight structure and efficient insulation. The base includes locking caster wheels for mobility and safety. The equipment uses universal joint connections and threaded locking mechanisms for easy, reliable clamping. With high automation, the system is controlled by computer with PID adjustment, offering high precision and automated data analysis. It features easy interface connections, intuitive displays, and high measurement accuracy. Imported digital temperature sensors ensure high accuracy and performance stability.

Main components include a heat box sized at 1000mm x 1000mm x 400mm with a heating power of 0-200W, and six digital temperature sensors for measuring indoor, outdoor, and heat box temperatures with 0.0625°C precision. The control system uses computer-operated PID regulation for high accuracy. The device supports full automation with software compatible with Windows XP.
