Product Description
The Thermal Conductivity Tester is designed according to the GB10294-2008 standard for the determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties using the guarded hot plate and heat flow meter methods. It is equipped to provide accurate and reliable test results efficiently. The instrument is suitable for testing various homogeneous insulation materials and features an elegant design.
The tester operates with a dual-sample device, where the samples are vertically placed between two constant-temperature plates. At equilibrium, the heat flow is constant in the center zone, allowing for measurement of the thermal potential and surface temperature to calculate the thermal resistance R value, which in turn provides an accurate determination of the sample's thermal conductivity.
