The SG-XX-YY series is a horizontal high-temperature tube furnace designed for atmosphere or vacuum heat treatment up to 1600℃. It supports programmable heating profiles for materials R&D, sintering, and thermal processing under inert or specified protective gases.
Product Description
The SG-XX-YY series furnaces are horizontal, tube-based systems with a separate control console, engineered for precise thermal processing in controlled atmospheres or under vacuum. Users can select tube material and dimensions to match application needs, including corundum and quartz options suitable for high-temperature operation.
The system provides programmable PID temperature control with multi-segment profiling, enabling fine control of ramp rates and soak times. Both tube ends include heads with a cooled exhaust end and quartz viewing ports, allowing observation and safe operation during gas purging or vacuum runs.
Typical applications include sintering, annealing, and material synthesis under inert gases such as argon or nitrogen, with optional configurations for hydrogen or reducing atmospheres specified at order. Site utilities should include circulating cooling water and a suitable gas supply.
