High-Temperature Tube Furnace

The High-Temperature Tube Furnace is designed for precision heating and temperature control in a tubular configuration. It can be equipped with various heating elements such as resistance wire, silicon carbide rods, and molybdenum disilicide, depending on the required temperature. The furnace is capable of operating under vacuum or a controlled atmosphere, making it versatile for a wide range of applications.

The furnace allows for a temperature range from room temperature to 1600°C with a programmable heating rate of 0 to 10°C per minute. It includes features such as a programmable PID controller, which ensures uniformity within ±2°C/cm across the working area. The furnace can handle protective gases like argon and nitrogen and has optional cooling water circuits for both the inlet and outlet ends of the tube.

Constructed with high-purity alumina tubes, the furnace withstands temperatures up to 1750°C. The modular design with a separate control console allows for easy operation and maintenance. Custom sizes and configurations are available to meet specific experimental requirements.
