The UKW-500 microcomputer controlled constant temperature sintering furnace features precision temperature control with a maximum operating temperature of 500°C. The furnace utilizes resistance wires for heating and incorporates a dual microprocessor controller that achieves PID control for precise and stable temperature maintenance. This equipment is particularly suited for tasks in industrial and research institutes, such as the sintering, annealing, and melting of plastics, ceramics, and composite materials.

The design includes a well-insulated chamber fabricated from polycrystalline fiber mullite, which significantly enhances thermal efficiency and uniformity. With a movable loading platform capable of supporting up to 500 kg, and a motor-driven rotating bottom tray, heavy samples are easily accommodated and uniformly processed. The furnace is equipped with dual thermocouples for monitoring top and bottom temperatures, ensuring optimal thermal conditions throughout the entire chamber during operations.
