Product Description

The DIL09BPD Sodium Expansion Rate Tester determines the linear expansion of cathode carbon blocks caused by sodium penetration, a critical parameter for aluminum electrolysis applications. It adopts an integrated design that combines sensing, control, and data acquisition to streamline setup and improve repeatability.

The system applies precise temperature profiles and constant-current electrolysis while monitoring displacement and temperature in real time. A smart controller with PID control and a supervisory interface enables on-instrument configuration and online adjustments, supporting efficient test execution and data integrity.
