Product Description
The Carbon Material Thermal Conductivity Tester evaluates the heat transfer properties of carbon-based specimens by establishing a steady-state temperature gradient between a heated plate and a cooled plate. Integrated temperature control and differential sensing enable precise determination of temperature differences across the sample under defined contact pressure.
The system includes a hot plate with power regulation, a cold plate with a constant-temperature circuit, an optional specimen preheater, and temperature measurement at the hot and cold faces via Pt100 or differential thermopile sensing. Automated cooling/heating selection in the thermostat maintains stable test conditions, and optional automatic or manual pre-pressing ensures consistent contact at the specimen interfaces.
