Product Description
The XPY linear thermal expansion tester determines dimensional change of ceramic tiles and related refractory materials under controlled heating profiles. It supports compliance testing to GB/T 3810.8-2006 / ISO 10545-8:1994, providing reliable data for production quality inspection and academic or industrial research.
Process parameters, including heating rate and PID control, can be adjusted and locked via an intelligent controller or configured through a host computer interface for online tuning. The system combines precise temperature control with micrometer-level displacement resolution to capture expansion behavior across the specified temperature range.
