A high-temperature thermal conductivity tester designed for refractory materials and insulating ceramics using the water flow guarded hot plate method. It provides automated control and reporting for precise measurements across low to moderate conductivity ranges up to 1200°C.
Product Description
The DRX-I-SPB measures the thermal conductivity of refractory materials, ceramic fiber products, insulation bricks, insulation boards, and powder materials using a water flow guarded hot plate method. It is suited for low thermal conductivity refractory products and supports standardized testing per GB/T 17911.8-2002 and YB/T 4130-2005.
The system uses an industrial PC for fully automated control with a user-friendly interface, stable temperature regulation, and automatic test report generation. Typical configurations include the main test unit and software, with the computer supplied by the user.
