Product Description
The XRC-II Thermal Pulse Conductivity Tester operates on the transient hot pulse method, allowing for the measurement of thermal conductivity in homogeneous, gel-like, powdered, or granular materials either in dry or various moisture conditions. This instrument is simple to use, provides high accuracy, and offers fast testing speeds. It uses an unstable heat conduction principle; by quickly heating the test material and observing the resulting temperature change, the device calculates thermal conductivity using differential heat equations.
Designed in accordance with the JGJT12-2019 standard for lightweight aggregate concrete application, the tester is equipped with an embedded control system and can interface with a computer for data processing and control analysis. In addition, it features automated testing and data output capabilities. The standard setup includes a main testing unit, a data acquisition system, and testing software, all supporting the analysis of powder, gel, and granular materials.
