The DRH300 measures thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of insulating boards and materials using a guarded hot plate method with dual heat flux sensors. It supports automated temperature control, data acquisition, and reporting in compliance with ASTM C518, ISO 8301, and GB/T 10295.

Product Description

The DRH300 is a guarded hot plate thermal conductivity tester designed for precise, repeatable characterization of insulating and low-to-medium conductivity materials. It employs a symmetric, dual heat flux sensor configuration with independently controlled hot and cold plates to achieve rapid steady-state conditions and stable measurements.

Typical applications include testing of insulation boards, clays, sands, ceramics, plastics, and similar plate-like specimens. The system integrates automated temperature control, data acquisition, analysis, and report generation, and can optionally be equipped with an embedded computer and touchscreen interface for stand-alone operation.

Engineered for fast stabilization and robust throughput, the instrument enables short test cycles for QC and process control while maintaining traceable accuracy under recognized international standards.
