Product Description
The DRH300 High Precision Heat Flow Meter Guarded Hot Plate Conductivity Tester is designed to adhere stringently to standards such as ASTM C518, ISO 8301, and GB/T 10295. It features dual heat flow meters that measure thermal conductivity and resistance in various materials, including insulating board materials, clay, sand, ceramics, and plastics.
The instrument offers fully automatic testing, data collection, processing, and report generation when connected to a host computer. For enhanced operation, it can also come equipped with an embedded computer featuring a touch-screen interface for automatic control and data storage.
Designed to respond quickly and stabilize rapidly, the DRH300 measures thermal resistance with high precision due to its advanced temperature control system and symmetrical dual heat flow meter configuration. This makes it suitable for quality control and process control, with some samples requiring less than five minutes for accurate measurement. The user has the flexibility to terminate or extend the testing duration according to measurement needs.
