Glass Bottle Internal Pressure Tester

The BLP-10 Glass Bottle Internal Pressure Tester is designed based on the national standard GB/T4546-2008 for testing the internal pressure resistance of glass containers and is compliant with ISO7458:1989. It is specifically used to test the pressure resistance of glass bottles and infusion bottles. With a high measurement precision, it directly detects internal pressure, displays results in real time, operates at a fast frequency, and is highly stable with a pressure test range up to 6.00 Mpa.

The device performs several tests, including pass-through, gradient increase, and destructive tests. It displays the hold pressure value, the destructive peak value, and the corresponding P60 value, and these data can be printed in Chinese characters. The linear ramp rate for pressure increase is specified as 0.58 ± 0.1 Mpa/s (4 ± 1 bar/s). The machine uses water as the pressurizing medium, and the measurements are displayed via an LED screen that shows actual values, set values, P60 values, and the test count.
