The SQ005B is a thermal shock testing system for glass containers, designed in accordance with GB/T 4547-2007. It evaluates resistance to rapid temperature change and supports qualification, stepwise-increasing, destructive, single high ΔT, and durability tests with configurable temperature parameters.
Product Description
The SQ005B Glass Container Thermal Shock Tester assesses the thermal shock resistance of glass bottles, jars, tableware, beer bottles, and infusion bottles by repeatedly transferring specimens between controlled hot and cold water baths. It is engineered to comply with GB/T 4547-2007, enabling standardized evaluation of heat shock performance under defined temperature differentials and background conditions.
The system features electrically driven vertical motion for swift specimen transfer using a light push of the basket, completing each transfer cycle within 15 ± 5 seconds. Temperature values from the hot and cold tanks are measured by sensors and displayed via an electronic control system, while a micro compressor provides agitation to ensure uniformity in the hot bath; the cold bath is refreshed by cold-water replacement and the hot bath is heated electrically or by hot gas.
