Product Description

The YZL Digital Glass Vertical Axis Deviation Tester is designed for precise measurement of bottle axis deviation across glass packaging applications, including beer and beverage bottles, as well as pharmaceutical vials, ampoules, and infusion bottles. It implements the GB 8452-2008 method for determining vertical axis deviation, combining automated centering and controlled rotation to enhance repeatability and throughput.

The instrument consists of a column-based frame, an automatic rotary clamping and centering assembly, a displacement probe, and a digital display/control box. Operation is straightforward: clamp and center the specimen, zero the reading, initiate rotation for a full revolution to capture deviation, and obtain an automatic digital display with optional printed results; spindle speed is adjustable.
