The DBL Digital Glass Base and Wall Thickness Gauge enables fast, continuous multi-point measurement along the longitudinal axis or around the circumference of a glass container after a single setup. Operators can simply move or rotate the bottle to capture thickness values efficiently, supporting high-throughput quality control.

Using encoder and sensor technology, the instrument provides stable performance and high precision suited to beer and beverage bottles as well as pharmaceutical vials and infusion bottles. The digital interface supports on-instrument readout and printing for traceable documentation.
