The High-Temperature Thermal Conductivity Tester measures the thermal conductivity of refractory materials using a water flow flat plate method. It is primarily utilized in industries dealing with refractory ceramics, insulating bricks, and other low thermal conductivity refractory products.

Product Description

The DRX-I-SPB High-Temperature Thermal Conductivity Tester is designed to measure the thermal conductivity of refractory materials, refractory ceramic fiber products, and insulating bricks and boards. This instrument references the standards GB/T 17911.8-2002 and YB/T 4130-2005, which outline methods for testing the thermal conductivity of refractory ceramic products. The tester features an industrial PC for fully automatic control, offering a user-friendly interface, precision temperature control, and automatic recording and printing of test reports.

With a thermal conductivity testing range of 0.03 to 2.7 W/m·K, the instrument ensures accuracy within ±5%. The maximum temperature settings are configurable to 1000°C, 1400°C, or 1600°C, according to specific testing needs. Sample dimensions support up to 230×230×65 mm, accommodating user customization. The device operates with a configurable heating power supplied by a controllable computer system, and integrates a water circulation control system managing flow rates up to 10 g/s. Additionally, it allows for simultaneous testing of multi-layered samples, supporting up to three layers.
