Hydraulic Compression and Flexure Tester

The SYD Hydraulic Compression and Flexure Tester is primarily used for flexural strength testing of concrete specimens and compressive strength testing of cement, mortar, red bricks, and other building materials. It also tests the compressive strength of mortar samples and concrete rapid test blocks. The product complies with the GB/T3722 standard and employs hydraulic loading with electronic force measurement, featuring digital load display, loading rate display, peak load display, overload protection, and data retention during power interruptions.

With features such as a high-precision sensor and a digital display instrument, the machine offers enhanced testing capability, especially when connected to a computer system for storing, viewing, and printing test results. It employs a rotating screw to adjust the compression space, expediting test progress. Additional flexural fixtures are available for flexural testing, and its simple setup without the need for calibration enables ease of use. Its technical parameters include load capacity options of up to 300KN, a relative error of ±1%, and a hydraulic pump rated pressure of 25MPa.
